Born on august 15th 1984 at 9:18 am in the morning, Mary Elizabeth Savarese was the second child to Nancy Ellen Raccuia-Savarese and Joseph Edward Savarese. She was the youngest on the father's side of the family and would become the second oldest on her mother's side of the family, as far as children wise goes. She is the only sister of Kelly Anne Savarese and as far as siblings go, up until Mary was 16 - she and Kelly did not get along at all. Mary's parents suffered from add (mother only), bipolar depression (father only), and cerebral palsy (father only; when he was younger) - along with a very bad relationship that got worse when the girls were older. At the age of six, Mary had near-drowned in her grandparent's pool and was saved by her mother and her Aunt Sally. A near-death experience tends to more than often make people vulnerable to the things people think aren't really real (examples: vampires, werewolves, demons, angels, ghosts, etc). Originally her Aunt Mary and Uncle John (maternal relatives) were slated to be her godparents, but when her Aunt Mary died in a fatal car crash the before she was baptized - her mother turned to Olivia Juliette Falconeri whom she had met while visiting a friend in NY the summer before Mary was born to be Mary's godmother. From the time she was born until after she was a year old, Mary's family lived with her grandparent's (paternal) until the house in Hamden was finally finished being built on Rainbow Court and they moved in.
Mary began to attend nursery school at Gingerbread Nursery School with other kids from the neighborhood and the next street over (Greens Ridge Road). even at the young age of almost 3 or 4, she was the subject of ridicule by neighbor's children who didn't seem to understand how hurtful words can be to someone so young. (But then again, being teased or bullied can be inherited from parents or grandparents, not just from peer pressure. but what do parents know about that?) Once nursery school was over, Mary then attended kindergarten and transitional in Bear Path School with her sister before they were re-districted and began attended Alice Peck School. Mistakes are often made when growing up that cannot be taken back; this includes the stupid things you do, trouble you get in (even when you didn't do anything wrong), and friends who are fake. It's especially to set one's own path when an older sibling has been to a school before you or is already attending the same school as you are. This of course would continue for her, following behind people's knowledge of her sister - up through the end of high school. summer camp before middle school was green dragon camp, where she met the one person who would be her best friend for the rest of her life ... and would be abandoned by (without the girl's knowledge) for marriage.SKILLS && ABILITIESVenom Resistance: A bite from a younger vampre ( under the age of 500 years ), feels more like a bee sting to the demigod. However, if she is bitten ( and somehow turned ) by an older and more powerful vampire - she will become a vampire again as she was once told so by the Oracle Of Delphi during a trip to Greece once.

While resurrection is a power on its own, the process can also be accomplished through other means, including spells or rituals. This ability is however rendered useless if she has been drained too much of her blood and passes out from it.

[ hey hey there ! first & foremost, my name is mary - yes that's right. same first name as the OC I write which is why I prefer to be called either MARE OR MISS MARY when talking out of character to someone, because I refer to the character as "mary" or "ms savarese". anyway, i'm a female & 30+ years of age living on the northern east coast of the united states of america. siblings? yes, I have one older sister who also roleplays ( she also has a job working at a college campus dining hall - which means during the school year my hours on the laptop are all kinds of nuts save for the weekends ).
